Dont pay for phone conferences, use FreeConference:
Use FreeConference.com to let you conduct conference calls using your
regular phone with up to 25 other parties for free.
The call-in number is unfortunately not toll-free, so you will need to
pay regular toll charges. You can get the premium service for 10 cents
per party, but all the callers get toll-free numbers to dial into. This
