Run Apples OSX on your x86:
It has been talked about since Apple announced they will be switching from
Power PC processors to Intel if the OS will run on PCs. Well now we
know it will, but only in the underground. A version of
OSX86 has been leaked on the internet and there are guides on how to install it on a
PC partition. This version out there is aimed for developers on special
development machines that can only be leased from Apple. Unless you own a
development kit, this file on the internet is illegal.
Here is one of the better install guides:

As of tonight (Aug 21, 2005 at 9pm EST) the wiki.osx86project.org site
will be pulling down some of these guides due to legal requirements from
Apple. So use this to copy the website for future reference:

Use Google maps to find cell towers in your area when picking providers:
Find what cell towers are close to your location and pick a provider
accordingly. Also there are good comments from others in your area who
tell you what the dead spots are and how they have been fairing with their
current provider. Information such as who owns each tower and its exact
GPS coordinates are provided. A must have resource.

Find out your product key on various Microsoft products:
Now you can find out what your product key is that you entered when you
installed Windows XP/2003, Win98 and WinME. Many times if you got PC OEM
then they may have not provided you with this information.
In addition to the OS, you can also grab the product key from MS Office as
well using this app. This app is definitely a tool required in your
toolbox.

Reuse the CVS disposable digital camcorder:
Go ahead and buy the disposable camcorder for $29.99 from CVS and using
this hack you can reuse it again after the first use. They breakdown the
firmware and tell you how to hookup a USB connector to link the camera to
your computer. Slick.

Use GPS enabled cell phones to work for you:
If you have an LG vx4400 or LG vx6000 cell phone then you can use this
hack to extract the longitude and latitude readings from the phone at
will. Why pay for a GPS unit to find out where you are when you have this
sucker for free? Sweet.
