Use IPdrum and Skype to make free cell calls:
This service is very interesting. It allows you to setup a base station
using one of the pre-approved cell phones to your PC/laptop. Then you
make calls to the cell phone and it gets relayed out to Skype for a free call.
It can be used to terminate to another laptop/PC in another country with a
cell phone that calls the end user. It is very interesting product and
only costs $70 for the cable and software:
